They can use the service to draw up a customized flight itinerary as well. The air travel program also permits cruise-goers to choose their flight cabin class, including business class, coach, first class, and more.
The Flight Protection Program
Fly2Fun is designed to streamline travel planning for customers and even allows cruise travelers to extend their cruise plans with a stay at any departure or return port of call. The Flight Protection Program, included within the Fly2Fun plan, assists those cruise passengers who miss their ship as the result of weather extremes or airline delays to obtain flights to new departure points.
The Flexible Air Plan
The Fly2Fun cruise option is designed to serve as a travel tool so that cruise guests can save time when reserving flights. Carnival’s Fly2Fun program is available in two different plans. The Flexible Air Plan allows guests to make reservations on major airline carriers up to four days before they sail. One of the highlights of this plan is the “Book Now, Pay Later” feature, which allows passengers to include the payment for airline travel in the final payment for their cruise.
The other option offered in the Fly2Fun program is the Restricted Air Plan. With this plan, the payment for air travel must be made at the time of the booking. No refunds are issued when choosing this offering.
