Celebrity Cruises is investing over $250 million in the Celebrity Solstice refurbishment, transforming this beloved vessel into a modern marvel ready to welcome guests again in March 2026. The refurbishment marks the beginning of a significant upgrade program for the entire Solstice Series, ensuring these ships remain timeless yet contemporary.

Featuring extensive enhancements and fresh experiences, Celebrity Solstice will redefine luxury cruising with redesigned spaces, upgraded accommodations, and vibrant new entertainment options, perfectly blending nostalgia with innovation.

Bold New Experiences

The Celebrity Solstice refurbishment introduces eight impressive new spaces, including four venues unique to the Solstice Series. Guests can immerse themselves in Boulevard Lounge, an intimate venue combining daytime interactive events like trivia contests and game shows with sophisticated evening performances such as candlelit concerts and lively dueling piano sessions.

Just adjacent is Boulevard Bar, serving expertly crafted cocktails in a stylish setting ideal for pre- or post-show relaxation. Sports enthusiasts will find their new favorite spot at Celebrity Barcade, offering live sports coverage alongside interactive games like billiards, darts, and classic board games, ensuring endless fun and friendly competition.

Gourmet Dining Redefined

Dining aboard Celebrity Solstice will reach exciting new heights thanks to two exceptional restaurants added during the refurbishment. Trattoria Rossa transports guests to a vibrant Italian setting, blending elegance and authenticity. Diners will experience captivating tableside preparations, indulging in freshly made pasta and classic Italian specialties.

Additionally, Fine Cut Steakhouse, acclaimed in Celebrity’s Edge Series, will elevate dining aboard Solstice with premium 30-day dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood, complemented by impeccable service in an atmosphere of refined elegance.

Outdoor Luxury and Leisure

Enhancing outdoor experiences is central to the Celebrity Solstice refurbishment. Sunset Park, spanning half an acre atop the ship, becomes an extraordinary outdoor oasis. Guests will savor elevated cuisine, refreshing beverages, and open-air concerts, all with unmatched ocean views.

Nearby, exclusive private cabanas provide relaxation, shade, and personalized attendant service. The expanded Sunset Bar offers the perfect location to sip cocktails and enjoy breathtaking vistas, ensuring that every hour feels like happy hour.

Refined Retreat Experiences

The Retreat, Celebrity’s exclusive luxury area, undergoes substantial enhancements, ensuring guests enjoy an even more indulgent stay. The Celebrity Solstice refurbishment introduces entirely redesigned suites, elevating the comfort and style for Retreat guests.

A newly added Retreat Sundeck offers abundant seating, shaded areas, and a luxurious oversized hot tub, all positioned for optimal ocean viewing. Meanwhile, the refreshed Retreat Lounge becomes an ideal spot for casual dining or connecting with fellow guests over drinks, reserved exclusively for Retreat occupants.

Innovative Stateroom Enhancements

Celebrity Solstice refurbishment ensures all 1,479 staterooms receive comprehensive upgrades, guaranteeing luxurious comfort throughout the ship. AquaClass staterooms are redesigned to deliver ultimate wellness experiences, featuring spa-inspired amenities like massaging showers, aromatherapy diffusers, yoga mats, plush robes, slippers, and a customized pillow menu.

Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the newly added Relaxation Lounge at The Spa. Four brand-new stateroom categories – Panoramic Infinite Veranda Suite, Deluxe Panoramic Oceanview Suite, Panoramic Ocean View Suite, and Deluxe Panoramic Ocean View – provide stunning views and modern comforts, available for booking from mid-June 2026.

Continuous Upgrades Across the Ship

Complementing these major introductions, the Celebrity Solstice refurbishment extends to beloved onboard venues, each receiving a refreshed design and modern enhancements. Favorite spaces like Café Al Bacio, Martini Bar, World Class Bar, Cellar Masters, Passport Bar, Blu (exclusive to AquaClass guests), Luminae (for Retreat guests), and even the Fitness Center and Camp at Sea are meticulously upgraded, ensuring a cohesive luxury experience throughout the ship.

Guests aboard Celebrity Solstice post-refurbishment will enjoy exceptional itineraries from Asia to Australia, summer journeys to Alaska, and the spectacular 110-night Grand Voyage starting September 2026. This comprehensive revitalization not only enhances the onboard experience but reaffirms Celebrity Cruises’ dedication to innovation, luxury, and guest satisfaction.
