Makoto Ocean brings the artistry of Chef Makoto Okuwa’s Edomae-style sushi to Deck 7, where the former Internet Café once stood. Inspired by its success aboard Sun Princess and Star Princess, this restaurant offers a fusion of tradition and creativity. Highlights include truffle salmon, snow crab temaki, and toro tartare, complemented by Japanese-inspired cocktails such as the Genmai Negroni and Kodai No Hana.
Crown Grill Reimagined
As part of the Sapphire Princess refurbishment, the award-winning Crown Grill takes its place on Deck 5, replacing the Savoy Dining Room.
